Will has worked in Health, Safety and Fire Consultancy for over 10 years, across a wide range of industries including commercial, residential, retail and healthcare.
Now as the owner of Dowling Compliance Ltd, Will manages all aspects of the business and offers a wide variety of services to our portfolio of clients
Out of work Will enjoys spending time with his family, walks with his dog, motorsport and socialising with friends.
Dean McDonnell

Health, Safety & Fire Consultant
Dean has worked in Health, Safety and Fire Consultancy for 4 years, having previously worked in the Military and in Pest Control.
Dean delivers a wide range of services to our portfolio of clients.
In his free time Dean enjoys watching Aston Villa (being an avid season ticket holder) and also enjoys spending time with friends and family.
Rosie
Head of Security
Rosie's main tasks are patrolling the office and chasing squirrels off the premises!
Rosie's hobbies are snoring and eating chicken nuggets

Security Apprentice
Reggie's main tasks are patrolling the office with Rosie and taking long naps after a hard days work!
Reggie's hobbies are digging holes, chewing everything and generally causing chaos!
